Eiyō is a nutrition-intelligence product. It produces AI-assisted nutrition assessments that a registered dietitian reviews, along with meal plans and supplement and food recommendations intended to support general wellness and nutrition education.
Review of an assessment by a registered dietitian does not, by itself, create a dietitian–client or provider–patient relationship, and does not constitute clinical care unless you have separately entered into such a relationship. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Some recommendations include affiliate links (for example, Amazon, where Eiyō participates in the Amazon Associates Program, and, where offered, a dietitian dispensary such as Fullscript). Eiyō or your dietitian may earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through these links, at no additional cost to you. Purchases are made on the third party's own site and are subject to that third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, sites, or fulfillment.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to provide medical care to others without appropriate authority and qualifications.
The Service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by Eiyō or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. Content you enter remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service and provide it to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will produce a particular health outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eiyō and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
